Deadlines

• Early registration: July 1^st, 2010
• Final registration: August 31^st, 2010
• Cancellation free of charge: August 31^stg, 2010
• Conference dates: September 14^th - 17^rd, 2010
• Onsite registration will be available during the conference

Registration Fee

Fees:

• Full: €400 (early) and €475 (after July 1^st)
• Student: €200 (early) and €250 (after July 1^st) - only undergraduate students!

The registration fee includes the following:

• Admission to all sessions
• Printed materials
• Conference proceedings on CD
• Refreshments
• Icebreaker reception
• Conference dinner

Please contact us if you wish a partner or spouse to attend the icebreaker reception & conference dinner.

All other meals, transport and travel costs need to be arranged and paid for by the participants themselves. Please note that the fee for accommodation is not included in the conference registration fee.

Payment methods

An invoice will be sent to you as soon as we have received your registration. Please note that during the month of August invoices and credit card payments may be delayed as a result of the holidays. Registration forms will be processed on a first come, first served basis as soon as the holidays are over.

Please be aware that the following payment methods are accepted:
Visa / Master Card, Bank Transfer.

Cancellation policy

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to Ms Elli Mindnich (firstname.lastn...@forst.bwl.de). Cancellations will be free of charge until August 31^st, 2010. If you need to cancel your participation later than August 31, 2010, 25 percent of the total cost, including registration fee and fee for accommodation, may be refunded. If you do not cancel your participation before the event no refunds will be possible.

Participant change:
Should you be prevented from attending you can send a colleague in your stead without any additional fees. In this case, please inform Ms Elli Mindnich about the participant change as soon as possible (firstname.lastn...@forst.bwl.de).
